Can I receive a refund if my child doesn't enjoy the experience?
We are always available to discuss what is making the Digital Camp Wonder experience less than what you had hoped, but there are no monetary refunds for The Wonder Camp. We DO want to make certain you are aware that your registration does include additional content that you and your family can enjoy throughout the summer. We understand that in this unpredictable time it may mean that our camp timeline does not work for every family enrolled. We are, however, confident that the creative and engaging content we are providing will certainly help you and your family through the summer and beyond. Can I receive a refund if I do not use camp?
To ensure appropriate staffing and the highest quality camp experience for all our digital campers, your registration secures your spot in an age appropriate cabin and therefore, there are no refunds after point of sale.
What do I do if I am having technical difficulties?
Make sure you’ve consulted our Technical Doc, and if your issue isn’t addressed, please use the chat box on the homepage.
Are my registrations for specific weeks or are they interchangeable?
2 options week by week or subscribe (which auto renews weekly but can be adjusted at any time).
How does subscription work?
Camp Wonder is a ten-week program.You may pay upfront and receive our special Wonder swag bag or pay weekly, your subscription will auto-renew each week. You may cancel the weekly subscription up to the day before
Can siblings attend in the same group?
Yes. We assign siblings to the same cabin unless otherwise requested.
Is there a discount for siblings or twins?
THe pricing is already inclusive of the entire family.
What if the activities don't last the prescribed time allotted?
From time to time activities may run over or end early by a few minutes, however, we’ve designed this program to ensure maximum flexibility so you may leave activities at your discretion.

Live class and activity links are for campers only. Feel free to download your favorite recipes, crafts, etc. for your own use.
