What's Your Covid Protocol as of June 15, 2021?


The Wonder has always been devoted to clean and safe spaces, and in light of current circumstances, we have adopted additional protocols informed by the latest science and official guidelines from CDC and the state. Here’s what you can expect. HEALTH SCREENING We ask that any children, adults, or Wonder team members who are feeling ill stay home. We will gladly reschedule and/or accommodate requests due to illness or symptoms. And we reserve the right to refuse entry for anyone exhibiting symptoms consistent with Covid. By entering The Wonder and using our space, you are confirming that you/your caregiver and your children are not experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, and that you/your caregiver and your children have not come into contact with someone who is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. MASKS Any person who is over age two and able to medically tolerate a face-covering shall be required to cover their nose and mouth with a mask or face-covering when in a public place and unable to maintain, or when not maintaining, social distance, unless such person is fully vaccinated. All Wonder team members have been fully vaccinated and will not be masked. EATING AND DRINKING Eating and drinking is only permitted in our cafe area. Small, individually packaged snacks brought from home are permitted; please keep larger meals at home. CLEANING OUR SPACES Throughout the day, our team members will be disinfecting surfaces using non-toxic cleaning agents that are approved by the EPA. In addition, at the end of each day our staff will be performing a deep clean of our spaces after use, following the strictest guidelines from the CDC. Toys and other high-touch areas are regularly disinfected throughout the day.




My child is under 1 and won't have much use for the space, do I have to pay for him/her?


Babies under 1 are free when accompanied by an older sibling.




Is there a sibling discount?


We've incorporated the sibling discount into our membership plans so that you can receive a discount for multiple children or multiple visits.




Can I cancel my membership anytime?


Yes, you can cancel by emailing hello@thewonder.us.




For an all day Open Play pass, can we leave and come back anytime?


If you reserve an Open Play spot in advance, you must arrive within your two-hour reserved block of time. We cannot accommodate arrivals before or after the two-hour time window, however, once you arrive, you may come and go as you wish.




Do you have staff on hand to watch my child if I want to leave or get some work done in the parents lounge?


The Wonder staff loves to play, however we are not a daycare and are not responsible for the care of your child while you are at the space. An adult caregiver must remain with/within view of their child(ren) at all times.




Do adults/children over the age limit have to purchase a pass?


Each open play pass includes complimentary admission for one adult/caregiver. You can purchase a pass for an additional family member for $10. For Tribeca members, parents and one caregiver are included in the membership.




What is the recommended age for your playspace and classes?


We're a family club, so we welcome kids of all ages. However, our play spaces and classes are designed with kids ages 0-10 in mind.
