A wise elephant! A grumpy bear! A super tall giraffe!


What to Do

  1. Elephant: Stand with one leg in front of the other, and bend down, using your arms as your trunk.

  2. Bear: Come to all fours and arch your back up. Give a big GROWL.

  3. Giraffe: Stand SUPER tall with your feet together. Place your arms up in the air, over your head, and join your hands together.

  4. Rhino: Stand with one leg in front of the other, and bend your front knee. Turn the top of your body to face out and put your arms out big and wide and strong, just like a rhino.

  5. Hippo: Sit on your knees. Fold your body over your knees, with your arms behind you.
