Bell Pepper Olympic Torch

A healthy way to kick off the games, er, day.

What You Need:

  • Yellow, red and orange bell pepper

  • Favorite Ranch or yogurt-based dip

  • Ice cream cone (or a small clear cup)

What to Do:

  1. Slice peppers into thin strips.

  2. Add Ranch “base” into bottom of cone or cup.

  3. Arrange pepper flames and BEHOLD! The Olympic Torch!

  4. Eat.
