For campers to do on their own before reporting back to the cabin check-in!
#1 Outdoor/Indoor Adventure
Faster than a speeding bullet! More powerful than a locomotive! Able to leap tall buildings at a single bound! Look! Up in the sky! It’s a bird, it’s a plane –– it’s Superboy / Supergirl! Put on that superhero cape you made and let’s get going.
Mark different places to do the following exercises:
Tall building step-up: step up and down on a solid block or step. Repeat.
Speed Drill: set up two markers (use a cone / a stick / a rock / tape) and see how fast your camper can sprint in between them.
20 Second Balance: Have your camper stand on one leg and count to 10.
Downward Dog: Can you touch your head to the floor? Can you lift one leg and point it to the sky?
