Mango Lassi

A refreshing take on the smoothie that’s a favorite in Indian cuisine. Get your kids to help prepare, and talk about yummy foods that are popular in America but originally found in different cultures.




Ingredients


2 cups yogurt Greek or plain

1 cup milk or coconut milk

2 cups mango chunks, fresh or frozen

1/4 cup honey

1 handful ice if using fresh mango

Blender





Instructions


What to do:

Add all ingredients to blender — and… blend!
