Seaweed Dip with Chips

This is what all the cool sharks are eating these days.


  • 1 container sour cream

  • 1/2 package of frozen spinach, thawed and drained

  • 1 tsp garlic salt

  • 1 tsp lemon

  • 2 chopped green onions (optional)

  • Blue corn chips — AKA the shark fins!


Mix all ingredients (except, of course, the chips). Get the kids to help. Serve.
