What you need:
A small lipped plate or bowl
2 pkgs of cream cheese
1 packet of ranch dip mix
A kid-friendly knife, if you have one, for your little sous chef
Mix cream cheese and ranch dip mix. Put in plate or bowl, speading evenly. That’s your “sand.”
Put a few clusters of 4-6 snap peas, and more of carrots, around the bowl, standing them straight up.
Cut your celery in three times lengthwise, and then once again down the middle, to make celery fans.
Cut broccoli and cauliflower into florets — these are your coral.
Cut peppers in half and place around — these are your rocks and smooth coral.
